*Benjamin rabbit was inspired by the true pet that Beatrix had. This story was dedicated "to the children of Sawrey from old Mr.Bunny". Sawrey was the village where Beatrix moved after the purchase of a small farm.
*Il coniglio Benjamin si ispira al vero animale domestico che Beatrix aveva. Questa storia fu dedicata "ai bambini di Sawrey da Benjamin Coniglio senior". Sawrey era il villaggio ove Beatrix si trasferì dopo l'acquisto di una piccola fattoria.
